The assembly meeting in Bridgend Gospel Hall situated at the side of the bridge over the River Garnock first began 151 years ago on 13 September 1874. More people than we could possibly estimate have passed through its Sunday School & Bible Class and attended the Gospel Meetings down through the years.    (See our 'How it Began' page)

Despite the passing of the years there is today still a very active company of committed Christians who regularly attend and seek to follow, not some strange ideas of our own, but simply the principles and teaching clearly laid out in the Bible, the Word of God.
